In May, Creative Director Craig Wilkinson was the proud recipient of a Lord Mayor’s Creative Fellowship 2022.
The Lord Mayor's Creative Fellowships support Brisbane artists, arts workers, cultural workers or creative producers to grow their creative careers with professional development opportunities. See the full list of recipients and projects on Council’s website.
Through the Fellowship, Craig is completing a series of online structured learning experiences focused on upskilling in industry-leading video design software and playback systems technology. This 12-month professional development opportunity will enable Craig to maintain optikal bloc’s creative offering at the global standard, which he will then share to help strengthen and grow Brisbane’s creative economy in this specialty field.
